THE OODLETUZ ZONE
C'est quoi, l'Oodletuz?
Let's set the record straight right now: OODLETUZ MEANS FUN. This 'ere OODLETUZ ZONE has been created to put some of the FUN back in your life, so for flip's sake START HAVING FUN NOW!!
[Note to designer. Headings en Anglais please]. D'accord, monsieur.
What's in The Oodletuz Zone?
A hotchpotch of all sorts of fun - you see, FUN - things not related to the audio or telly-related output of FML but which have been considered worthy of inclusion in the site by FML's enormous staff of one. The contents are listed below. In fact the first entry even has "Fun" in the title. Fun.
AND NOW... we've arranged the Oodletuz Zone into four sub-sections, in line with the FML patented Four-Point Plan for healthier, or was it happier, well something about health and happiness anyway... I've lost 23 pounds on it; what more do you want, blood?!

(1) Sensible Eating
Nonsesnse found in food? Let Uzbeks decide! Meanwhile, here's a rant about some of the nonsense found on food... [Updated 29/01/2006]
The effects on a growing boy of exposure to Welsh-language
television. What was it? "Twll d'yn pob... something"
Improved version of Animated BBC Cymru
Ident - 08/12/2002
(2) Moderate Exercise
My entry for the Imitate Franz Kafka competition, inspired by reading "The Castle" for the third time (this time round, I got it!) New 28/04/2006
Test Card Memory Lane - has moved to MaximumTestCardOsity
Not the usual rant about the Charts being full of rubbish, but a dissection of the system itself. Adapted from Trendology, FML's ongoing quasi-sociological study of, well, quasi-sociological things, I guess.
(3) Nervous Energy
Got a problem? Maybe our agony uncle, Lt. Francis Ford Hovno, can sort it for you... or maybe not. New 02/05/2006; latest update 25/02/2008 (Arugment: Solved!)
Greetings from Chlapcziskograd!
Sorry, I had to do this. Don't hate me for it. Wondering what's the next cheap ex-Communist village that you can buy up for peanuts and make a packet out of in ten years' time, just by sitting back and sucking the local economy dry? Well, first to stick its head above the parapet was this charming Siberian almost-fishing village, where a four-storey stone castle with its own conservatory costs just 45p. New 22/01/2006, latest slight update 25/03/2007, I'll probably keep twiddling with it.
Transcript of something I wrote in a notepad (that's a real notepad, not MS Notepad...) in late 1984. May be interesting to you, or may make your head fall off with the sheer pointlessness of it. [23/05/2004]
Artificial Intelligence is a Contradiction in Terms
A more recent piece of loghorroea that I wrote in 1998. By then I'd moved up to Word 97, and more to the point, a computer. [20/11/2004]
Oh God, I'm So Depressed, No-one's Ever Been As Depressed As Me
Yes, they have. Slight update 22/04/2006 [one extra picture]
(4) Abject Stupidity
Take Our Brand-Awareness Test!
How far has the Oodletuz identity seeped into your consciousness, and does that actually sound a bit scary now I come to read it back? [29/09/2003]
Aaah, That's Not Fair - I'm Telling My Mummy
Whose turn is it this month for a prod with the pitchfork of raging childhood injustice? [17/11/2002]
Accompanied by the gallery tune from Vision On, though only in words, an inconsequential cartoon or three. Two new pics 22/04/2006
Click the heading for a free download. This REALLY DOES pop straight out of your modem after about 25 minutes' assembly time - but retire to a safe distance first. [Extremely minor update of a link 20/04/2003]
... we will be showing this apology caption.
